Job Description

6 Months Contract

PR - $13.81/hour on W2 without benefits


Job Description: Location: Tampa Florida – Cranes Nest Drive Location

Department: Disability/Customer Service

What will they be doing? Type of product they will be working with?: Taking inbound calls for disability to include the intake of a claim and processing absences. Laptop provided to them to include system access.


Training Hours/Duration If Different: 8am – 4.30pm – 4 weeks of training.

Qualifications

Background/Skillset Required: Call center experience if any, customer service and computer literacy Shift Hours: 8am – 5pm Training Hours/Duration If Different: 8am – 4.30pm – 4 weeks of training.Β
