Job Description

ā€¢ Designs training programs, including classroom lectures, online courses, and self-study sessions, directed at employees, organization members, or those who use the organization's products or services.

ā€¢ Develops and updates course content and coordinates learning curriculum.

ā€¢ Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly.

ā€¢ Maintains in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the related field.

ā€¢ Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

ā€¢ Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

ā€¢ Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

ā€¢ Performs a variety of tasks.

ā€¢ May lead and direct the work of others.

ā€¢ A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
