Job Description
HealthMed Recruiting is seeking a licensed medical practitioner (RN, LPN, CST, PA) or experienced sales trainer with OB / GYN related experience coupled with sales and training experience. This person must be very outgoing and personable and needs to have a "take charge" attitude. Strong presentation & training skills are needed, and this person should be familiar with vendor credentialing for sales reps. the role includes training 5 different sales teams. The trainer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, organizing and implementing sales training as well as assisting with vendor credentialing of the reps. The ideal candidate should be located within a commute to CT or willing to relocate. This is a Corporate Training position with a leading Women's Health Company. Compensation is mostly salary driven and starts at the 110k to 120k area with some flexiblity based on experience, plus a bonus. The company's benies are fantastic!
Qualifications
4 year degree and medical background preferred
