Role: Database Developer
Location: Montreal, QC
Duration: Fulltime

BGV will be done for the selected candidates.

Position Description


The candidate will work hand-in-hand with other developers who are responsible for end-to-end development of the product, which spans over the entire technology stack.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required skills

ā€¢ 3 to 5 years of experience
ā€¢ Strong database experience
ā€¢ Very strong SQL skills (preference for the DB2 platform)
ā€¢ Database Design, STAR schema, Performance & tuning (preferably DB2)
ā€¢ Unix Shell scripting
ā€¢ Strong communication skills
ā€¢ Experience with DataWarehouse/DataMarts
ā€¢ Ability to learn new technologies and can-do attitude.


Desired skills

ā€¢ Informatica experience will be a plus.
ā€¢ Perl/Shell/Python scripting knowledge
