Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and financial data entry
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports
- Process invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents
- Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Handle document management and filing
- Assist with email correspondence and basic client communication
- Provide administrative support for daily business operations
- Perform other accounting and admin-related tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping processes
- Experience with Australian accounting practices is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup
- Experience supporting Australian clients or businesses
- Familiarity with Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
- Background in administrative support or office coordination
