Role: Checkpoint Security Engineer

Location: Frisco, TX

Duration: Fulltime

BGV will be done for the selected candidates.

Job Description

Candidates MUST HAVE:

Firewall, checkpoint, juniper, McAfee Web Gateway proxies experience is mandate

ā€¢ Level III operational support.

ā€¢ Rule base modifications to the proxies.

ā€¢ CLI access and mid/expert for troubleshooting of the hardware.

ā€¢ Reporter expertise to be able to generate reports and investigations to client.

ā€¢ Architecture and design expertise to recommend to the customer.

ā€¢ Expert level to whitelist URL sites for restoration of blocked traffic.

ā€¢ SSL 3.0 and TLS1.0 expertise and authentication methods to the proxies.

ā€¢ Explicit proxy PAC file modifications.

ā€¢ Hardware load balancing mechanism expertise through F5 troubleshooting.

ā€¢ Application control using third party APIs.

ā€¢ WCCP expertise for future implementation with core Cisco Nexus VDC McAfee IPS.

ā€¢ Level III operational support.

ā€¢ Expert level of CLI and GUI support to intrusion protection and reporting.

ā€¢ Troubleshooting techniques for protection and vulnerability assessment.
