ABOUT THE POSITION

The right person for this role will drive both the strategic and tactical people efforts required to grow the business and make it successful; plan/manage and measure work; summon your managerial courage to make "tough but fair" decisions; communicate complex issues to all concerned; and be willing to roll-up the sleeves to make a measureable impact on the business.
