Our client is rapidly expanding across the country and on a global scale. They need an extraordinary recruiting executive to be their Chief Talent Officer.

This role will report directly to the Head of HR and at the same time "business partner" with BU Heads and the management team in the area of Talent Acquisition.

You’ll lead a high-powered and very motivated team of recruiting professionals where the focus will be on identifying the best and the brightest talent across the country through creative sourcing, networking, and multiple degrees of separation. This is not a role where you’ll only manage candidate resumes coming from online ads or agencies but you’ll have to find them and then market the compelling opportunity to them using every creative tool possible at your disposal. In short, you’ll be establishing essentially an "internal executive search firm capability" for our client.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have managed numerous executive or "mission-critical" searches, either within a search firm or in a corporate recruiting function leadership role. The perfect individual will also have successfully established an internal corporate executive search capability.

A background of leveraging systems and technology, applying metrics, raising the bar on the quality of hires, reducing the cycle time of hiring, improving relationship management with executive hires, and creative sourcing to
find passive candidates is key to success in this role.
