Objetivo:
Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar proyectos de Trade Marketing en los distintos canales de venta, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, presupuesto y objetivos comerciales.
Funciones principales:
- Planificar, gestionar y dar seguimiento a proyectos de Trade Marketing con las distintas marcas.
- Coordinar la ejecución de campañas en punto de venta (promociones, materiales POP, activaciones, lanzamientos), con el apoyo de todas las áreas involucradas.
- Gestionar cronogramas, presupuestos y recursos de cada proyecto.
- Coordinar con proveedores externos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de marca y lineamientos comerciales.
- Analizar resultados de las acciones implementadas y elaborar reportes de desempeño.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de procesos.
- Liderar el equipo a su cargo, procurando la capacitación constante.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Publicidad o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en trade marketing, marketing operativo o gestión de proyectos.
- Dominio del paquete de Office y documentos en línea.
- Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y coordinación.
- Poseer vehículo propio.
