【工作內容】
- 負責產品出團控管（團位、航班、房況、追加名單等），確保產品按期運作
- 成本估算與供應商管理
- 商品內容維護：更新行程資訊、票券細節與促銷內容
- 供應商協作：與航空、飯店、地接等合作夥伴保持有效溝通
- 跨部門合作：支援產品、客服、行銷之營運需求
- 協助處理旅途中突發狀況
- 整理營運報表與行政文件，協助優化流程
【必要條件】
- 具備基礎英文溝通、或日文溝通書寫能力
- 擅長流程控管、細節追蹤、同時處理多項任務
- 具備良好的溝通協作能力
- 邏輯清晰、能主動發現問題並提出解決方案
- 熟悉 Excel／Google Sheets 或具備數據敏感度加分
- 有旅遊業經驗是加分，但對新領域的開放心態、學習意願與積極解決問題的態度是關鍵
