Job Description
- Work with line of business, support staff, and technology teams to identify business rules which are dynamic in nature
- Ability to understand the business rules and transforming them to Pega 7 or ODM rules depending on the application
- Experience in working with teams following agile (eg scrum) as well as waterfall methodologies and multi-vendor environment
- Excellent business analysis skills with banking domain knowledge
- Experience with BPM/BRMS tools like Pega / IBM ILOG
- Prior working knowledge in ALM, Rally, MS SQL Server Management Studio & SharePoint platforms
- Preferred - Experience with FreeMarker Template Language (FTL) and OpenOffice
- Preferred - Experience with authoring, updating, and maintaining business rules in IBM ODM (Jrules) and DVS testing
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
