We’re looking for a talented Senior Sales Manager (Philippines) to join our team at Expo Centric, supporting The Event Mill and Reeces Event Hire. This role is perfect for someone who excels at sales leadership, pipeline management, and building high-performing teams while maintaining strong alignment with Australian operations.

You’ll begin as an individual contributor during a structured onboarding program in Perth, then transition into leading and growing a Philippines‑based sales team.

🔍 What You’ll Do


Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Drive qualified sales opportunities across The Event Mill and Reeces Event Hire.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across target segments.
  • Convert enquiries into well‑scoped, profitable projects.
  • Deliver timely, accurate proposals and quotes.
  • Maintain strong prospecting discipline, follow-up cadence, and market awareness.

Team Build & People Leadership

  • After onboarding, recruit and lead a Philippines‑based team of 2–4 Sales Representatives.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members on products, systems, and sales processes.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance expectations.
  • Build an accountable, collaborative, values‑driven team culture.

Sales Operations & Process Management

  • Ensure complete, accurate data entry across CRM and quoting systems.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy and deliver weekly/monthly sales reporting.
  • Oversee qualification, scoping, handover, and follow-up for all opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure deliverable, profitable outcomes.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Event Management teams.
  • Support marketing campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless handovers for confirmed jobs.

Strategic Contribution

  • Participate in annual and quarterly sales planning.
  • Identify improvements in process, capability, and sales structures.
  • Provide recommendations for future team expansion and offshore strategy.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in senior sales or business development roles.
  • Strong background in pipeline management, lead qualification, and conversions.
  • Proven ability to build or lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margins, and profitability.
  • High proficiency with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Experience working with KPIs, structured sales processes, and data discipline.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience with CurrentRMS quoting system.
  • Background in events, event hire, structures, or B2B service industries.
  • Experience working with Australian clients or cross-border teams.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
