Expo Centric is looking for a technically minded Revit API Developer / BIM Automation Lead to help shape the future of our digital design workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, automating repetitive processes, and creating powerful tools that improve how teams design and deliver projects.



You’ll work closely with designers, project teams, and technical stakeholders to develop innovative Revit-based solutions that increase efficiency, improve quality, and support scalable BIM workflows across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain custom Revit tools, plugins, and automation workflows
  • Build Revit API solutions using C#, Python, Dynamo, or related technologies
  • Improve BIM workflows, templates, standards, and model performance
  • Work with design teams to identify inefficiencies and create scalable technical solutions
  • Support interoperability between Revit and external platforms/systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to Revit users
  • Contribute to internal best practices, documentation, and workflow innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital design initiatives



What We’re Looking For

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with Autodesk Revit and the Revit API
  • Programming experience in C#, Python, or similar languages
  • Understanding of BIM workflows and digital design processes
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills
  • Experience creating automation tools, scripts, or plugins

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Dynamo
  • Git/version control
  • Azure DevOps or CI/CD workflows
  • IFC / COBie interoperability
  • Experience in architecture, construction, exhibitions, or digital fabrication
  • Rendering or computational design experience
