Expo Centric is looking for a sharp, commercially minded AI-Driven Lead Generation Manager / SDR to join our Manila team.



This is not a traditional appointment-setting role. We are looking for someone who is already hands-on with AI and understands how to use it properly in lead generation, sales research, prospecting, segmentation, outreach, and workflow automation.



The right person is part researcher, part SDR, part AI operator, and part sales strategist. You know how to find the right companies, identify decision-makers, qualify opportunities, personalise outreach, and help build a smarter outbound sales engine for our Australian sales team.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify potential clients across Australia and international markets, with a focus on exhibitions, trade shows, events, conferences, and brand activations.
  • Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, event directories, exhibitor lists, websites, CRM data, AI tools, and sales intelligence platforms.
  • Use AI daily to improve prospect research, company summaries, decision-maker identification, segmentation, outreach personalisation, call preparation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Create AI-assisted lead generation workflows that help one person produce the output of a much larger team.
  • Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms to work smarter and faster.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on company size, event activity, budget potential, decision-makers, buying signals, and commercial fit.
  • Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other outbound channels.
  • Book qualified meetings for the Australian sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead, activity, and qualification data in HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Track activity, response rates, conversion rates, meeting quality, and lead quality.
  • Improve outbound workflows, outreach sequences, prospecting processes, and CRM data quality.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and management to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign performance.
  • Stay across new AI tools and recommend better ways to research, prospect, automate, personalise, and scale outbound activity.



What You Bring

  • Experience in lead generation, SDR, BDR, outbound sales, appointment setting, sales research, or sales operations.
  • Proven experience using AI tools in your current or recent workflow — not just basic curiosity or occasional use.
  • Strong working knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lusha, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to explain clearly how you have used AI to improve prospecting, research, outreach, personalisation, segmentation, CRM workflows, or sales productivity.
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to find accurate company, event, and decision-maker information.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Confidence making outbound calls, sending personalised emails, and using LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong commercial judgement — you understand what makes a lead worth pursuing.
  • Confidence using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • A highly organised, process-driven approach to work.
  • Ability to work toward targets, activity metrics, and performance outcomes.
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and the confidence to test new tools, prompts, processes, and workflows.
  • A mindset of using AI to work faster and better — not to cut corners or send generic messages.



AI Experience We Want to See

We are especially interested in candidates who can show examples of using AI for:

  • Prospect research and company summaries
  • Lead list building and data enrichment
  • Event or exhibitor list analysis
  • Decision-maker identification
  • ICP matching and segmentation
  • Personalised email or LinkedIn outreach
  • Cold call preparation
  • CRM notes, summaries, and workflow improvement
  • Outreach sequence improvement
  • Campaign testing and performance analysis
  • Automating repetitive research or sales admin tasks



If your AI experience is only “I’ve tried ChatGPT a few times,” this is probably not the right role.

We want someone who has already used AI as part of their real sales, research, or lead generation process.



Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Australian companies or international markets.
  • Experience in exhibitions, events, conferences, B2B marketing, construction, design, or creative industries.
  • Experience using Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Seamless, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience building or improving outbound lead generation systems.
  • Experience working with exhibitor lists, event directories, conference websites, or industry databases.
  • Experience creating templates, prompts, automations, or repeatable AI workflows for prospecting.

  • You can turn an event directory, exhibitor list, or target industry into a qualified prospecting campaign.
  • You generate qualified meetings that have real commercial potential.
  • You help create a repeatable lead generation machine that supports the growth of our Australian sales team.
