Job Description:-
- Will serve as an IT point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and act as a Liaison between Business and Offshore Development/Support teams.
- Ability to elicit/understand/evaluate business requirements and write clear functional specifications and solution design documents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to the above application modules.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and data.
- Multi-Task between different environments in fast paced environment, multi time zones.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :-
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
