Today, we’ve expanded across Italy, Cyprus, Morocco, Nigeria, and Algeria. We’re on the lookout for a Store Manager with vision, drive, and a serious passion for fashion!

Your Mission:

As Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store - driving performance, building an unbeatable team culture, and making sure every customer leaves feeling like a VIP. You’ll oversee everything from the shop floor to the stockroom, while keeping your eye firmly on the numbers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running the show: managing day-to-day store operations to keep things efficient, profitable, and fun
• Elevating the in-store vibe to reflect our brands’ high standards and VM guidelines
• Owning the budget - from sales targets to payroll and operational costs
• Hiring, training, and mentoring your team to be confident, high-performing, and motivated
• Solving customer concerns with style and a can-do attitude
• Keeping store facilities in top condition and compliant with health & safety regulations
• Taking charge of inventory - no stock mystery unsolved!
• Keeping your team sharp on the latest product knowledge and launches
• Executing markdowns like a retail ninja - fast, accurate, and on-brand!

You’ll Be Leading:

• Assistant Store Manager
• Senior Sales Assistants
• Sales Assistants
• Stock Room Keeper
• In-Store Visual Merchandiser (where applicable)

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• A natural team leader who can coach, inspire, and drive results
• Sharp commercial sense - you understand budgets, KPIs, and what it takes to hit targets
• A customer-first mindset and great problem-solving chops
• Solid knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and visual execution
• Confidence in training and performance management
• A good handle on health & safety compliance in a retail setting
• Fluent English speaker - bonus points for other languages!
• A serious love for style, sneakers, and standout customer experiences
