Sales Assistant - Kiabi Mall of Cyprus

The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows: 

• Deliver a personalised and high-quality customer experience, supporting all aspects of the sales journey. 

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. 

• Process transactions accurately, including handling cash and payments. 

• Maintain store standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, organised, and visually appealing. 

• Replenish stock and support inventory accuracy, reporting any discrepancies. 

• Manage customer queries and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner. 

• Support visual merchandising and product presentation in line with brand guidelines. 

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience 

• Be able to communicate fluently in English 

• Good organisational skills 

• Well controlled and patient when dealing with clients 

• Must be customer focused 

• Must be flexible in approach, and able to work shifts
