Role purpose

As a Visual Merchandiser at Hudson, you will play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic appeal and brand representation within our retail spaces. With store responsibility, your focus will be on ensuring timely, proper, and on-brand execution of visual merchandising (VM) guidelines in your store.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Take ownership of their assigned store for visual merchandising execution.
• Ensure timely, proper, and on-brand implementation of Group cascaded VM guidelines across your store.

• Perform detailed quality checks on visual merchandising displays and layouts.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive representation of the brand across all visual merchandising elements.

• Align store layouts with brand aesthetics to create a compelling shopping experience.
• Provide feedback and development recommendation for enhanced execution and brand

         performance

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in fast fashion sector.
• Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to execute visual merchandising

guidelines effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training and developing store visual merchandising teams.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Fluency in Greek and English language
