Job Position: Recruiter.
Duration: 12 Months+
Location: Washington, District of Columbia 20233
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS
- Fully fluent in English and Spanish
- Demonstrate experience and expertise in cultural awareness and sensitivity regarding Spanish-
- speaking populations
- Locate interviewing space and coordinate interviews for research studies as defined in Performance
- At least 5 years of experience with survey research or social sciences research with Spanish-speaking
- populations including experience and knowledge of the types of participants required for survey
- pretesting
- Existing contacts with local (DC Metro area) community organizations servicing the Spanish-
- speaking community with the existing relationships being in place for at least one year
- Proficient in using Access databases and Microsoft Excel.
