About this role
En Iluma Alliance buscamos nuestro próximo(a) Analista de Contabilidad para asegurar la calidad, oportunidad y cumplimiento normativo de la información contable y financiera de las sociedades asignadas, garantizando datos confiables que soporten la toma de decisiones y los reportes externos.
Misión del rol
Garantizar registros contables correctos y análisis financiero oportuno, cumpliendo NIIF y requerimientos tributarios, con foco en cierres, conciliaciones, control y mejora continua.
Responsabilidades principales
- Gestionar y validar registros contables y conciliaciones, asegurando cierres contables mensuales y anuales.
- Elaborar y analizar estados financieros, identificando variaciones relevantes en balance y resultados.
- Asegurar cumplimiento tributario y normativo (impuestos, retenciones, estimaciones) y apoyar reportes a entes de control (p. ej., Supersociedades, DANE).
- Atender auditorías internas y externas, fortalecer controles contables e identificar riesgos y acciones preventivas.
- Coordinar tareas contables operativas y apoyar al equipo de auxiliares cuando aplique.
- Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua: automatización, transformación digital y actualización normativa.
Requisitos
- Formación: Pregrado en Contaduría Pública.
- Posgrado (deseable): NIIF, Impuestos o Finanzas Corporativas.
- Experiencia: mínimo 2 años en conciliaciones, cierres, registros contables, impuestos básicos y elaboración de informes.
- Conocimientos: legislación tributaria/contable, Excel avanzado, NIIF básico y manejo de sistemas contables (Siigo, Contai, Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks u otros).
- Idioma: Inglés A2 (deseable).
