Analista de Infraestructura TIC
Buscamos un/a Analista de Infraestructura TIC para analizar, implementar y mantener servicios de TI de segundo nivel en entornos on-premise y cloud (AWS), asegurando una operación estable, segura y eficiente, con foco en automatización y prácticas DevOps.
Propósito del rol
Garantizar la continuidad y confiabilidad de los servicios de infraestructura y redes, gestionando AWS y la operación local, atendiendo incidencias, monitoreando desempeño y documentando procedimientos.
Responsabilidades principales
- Mantener, implementar y monitorear infraestructura, redes y telecomunicaciones en on-premise y AWS.
- Asegurar cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad (confidencialidad, integridad y disponibilidad).
- Documentar procedimientos, instructivos y configuraciones.
- Monitorear y optimizar rendimiento y disponibilidad.
- Implementar DevOps y automatización (CI/CD, pipelines y herramientas asociadas).
- Gestionar control de versiones (Git / GitHub, GitLab o Bitbucket).
- Atender y resolver incidencias y requerimientos con oportunidad y calidad.
- Apoyar requerimientos de compras/servicios de TI y seguimiento básico a presupuesto (según aplique).
Perfil requerido
- Formación: Ingeniería de Sistemas/Informática o afines.
- Experiencia: mínimo 2 años en infraestructura TI, redes y soporte nivel 2.
- Conocimientos: AWS (principal); GCP/Azure (deseable); Linux/Windows/MacOS; CI/CD, Azure DevOps; Docker/Kubernetes/Terraform (deseable); firewalls y seguridad perimetral; LAN/WAN/WLAN, enrutamiento y cableado; VMware, NAS/SAN, monitoreo y backup/DR; AD y LDAP; SQL Server/MySQL (Pervasive deseable); Office y Google Workspace.
