Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to navigate complex systems is a necessity.

Candidate must build strong cooperative working relationships, identify and resolve system/process issues for internal and external groups that impact our work.

Ability of taking ownership of issues through to resolution and being accountable for results and/or follow-ups.

General telecom knowledge of network routing architecture and components/elements is required.

Specific Skills:

ā€¢ Network Circuit Installs

ā€¢ ADR Activities

ā€¢ Trunk Disconnects Project Validations

ā€¢ Re-terms

ā€¢ Validation of diversity (911, SS7 and SCA) of identified circuits.

ā€¢ Emergency Services Testing, PSAP Contact, and Configurations

ā€¢ SS7 Knowledge
