Purpose – Job Summary: The purpose of the Integration SME is to manage the solution implementation of a NCR customer focusing on integration in a diverse topology. The Integration SME also analyzes the customer data in order to be able to provide solutions and configurations that will allow customers to maximize the benefits of using the application. Role may include configuration, testing and training as well as participation and assistance during the full development life cycle.

Qualifications

· Performs solution integration between various NCR products into a customer solution

· Provides technical management of Software installation packages and minor Quality Assurance

· Manage troubleshooting activities during the project lifecycle

· System setup, installation and upgrade, taking into account the customer's system-administrator solution and its implication on the product, working with customers on/off site to provide the required solutions as per the above.

· Manages the system configuration as per the customer's specific work processes

· Interacts with internal interfaces (Development, QA, BA) to achieve the above

· Performs product and features demonstrations

· Drives the building of internal system tools

· Assist with all other functions of a project that may include testing, training, or go live support

· Report project status and updates when needed


· Ability to write SQL queries – Required

· Experience as a .Net developer or Java developer - big plus

· Experience with Enterprise service bus integration & development.

· TIBCO preferred – big plus

· Experience with grocery Retail or supply chain management and optimization principles and concepts – big plus

· Customer Service skills

· Ability to present and communicate with all levels of users and all level of management

· Ability to learn and adapt quickly to change in customers, technology, and/or applications

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred (computer science/ Information Systems /engineering or related field.)

· Very good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

· Desire to work in an information systems environment

· Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment

· Position is load balanced and some activities may extend the normal work day
