Job Description

High Level: 


• 8-10 years minimum of Development lead experience 

• 2+ years of Scrum Master Experience 

• 2 + years of release and deployment experience 

• Needs Ecommerce / web content Experience (CMs, SEO, Analytics, UX/Visual Design, Web Page Structure) 

• No PM's (Strictly) 

• Prefer a development lead with SCRUM MASTER Experience 

• Longevity in projects 


Details: 


• Dev, Dev Lead, Tech Project Management and real agile development and project experience is needed 

• Web development and test experience 

• Familiarity with SEO, Analytivcs, UX/ Visual Design, web page structure. 

• CMS Experience 

• Web service and web site integration experience with third party technologies 

• Release and deploy management. 

• New, sustaining and production support experience 

• Quality and execution 

• 5-7 years of real applied experience
