- 8 years of IT Industry experience with six of those involving Java development 

- Experience in STRUTS is a must have 

- Must have experience in either Oracle or Sybase 

- You will need experience with AutoSys in order to be considered 

- Experience with issue tracking system like Clearcase or Remedy 

- Experience developing on a Unix platform 

- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills required 

- Strong analytical and programming skills required
