Skills/Abilities/Competencies 

* Expert knowledge of cloud technologies including Amazon EC2/S3, Openstack, Chef, and related technologies. 

* Solid understanding of cloud computing design and security principles. 

* Excellent reasoning and analytic skills in a time critical/business critical problem solving operation. 

* Excellent project management skills, demonstrated ability to deliver detailed technical documentation and manage tasks. 

* Demonstrated documentation development. 

* Demonstrated collaboration skills, working with teams and end-users; driving teams and objectives. 

* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and developing flexible solutions to meet evolving requirements. 

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with end-users, business owners, developers, managers, and systems engineers. 

* Strong commitment to customer service and service enablement. 

* Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements aligned with senior leadership direction.
