• Oracle PL/SQL programming skills – Mandatory: Three years 


• Oracle procedures, especially tuning of complex database queries – Mandatory: Two years 


• Creation, execution, and monitoring of custom batch job sequences – Mandatory: Two years 


• Database load process setup and monitoring – Mandatory: Two years 


• Demonstrated ability to effectively identify and resolve unforeseen problems – Mandatory: Three years 


• Demonstrated ability to work well with colleagues in a collaborative team environment – Mandatory: Five years 


• Knowledge of and experience with JBoss and Eclipse tools – Desired 


• Insurance industry experience – Desired, especially if it involved a property and casualty application 


• Large data migration project experience – Desired 


• Excellent oral and written communication skills – Desired 


• Ability to effectively explain and present complex technical content to IT peers – Desired
