We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Catering & Sales Manager to lead our catering operations and grow our client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating catering events, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase catering revenue.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients.
Prepare catering proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Coordinate catering events from planning through execution.
Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
Monitor budgets, sales targets, and profitability.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in catering, hospitality, event management, or sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management tools.
Valid driver’s license
