Should have more than 8 year’s experience in .Net Framework 4.5 and ASP.NET(C#). Hands on and should code. 

Should have more than 3 years’ experience in MVC framework. 

Should have experience on design patterns 

Should able to suggest the enhancement for architectural changes 

Should have more than 3 years’ experience in SOLID principle and clean coder. 

Should have more than 3 years’ experience in TDD. 

Should have more than 2 years’ experience in Telerik testing framework. 

Should have more than 3 years’ experience in MOQ Framework. 

Should have more than 3 years’ experience in SQL server 2008 R2.
