Job Description

Responsibilities:

ā€¢ Ability to evaluate data and determine best course of action to isolate and resolve Data Integrity issues

ā€¢ Analytical skills focused on network and configuration management

ā€¢ General knowledge of customer premise router ip addressing

ā€¢ Update routers and OSS when issues are identified and validate

ā€¢ Candidate will be focused on researching our top 200 customers to ensure equipment is being monitored properly

ā€¢ Any gaps in the systems or devices will be corrected by candidate

Qualifications

Required Skills / Abilities & Competencies:

ā€¢ General routing and switching experience

ā€¢ Cisco IAD experience

ā€¢ Adtran IAD experience

ā€¢ Proven ability to multi-task, utilizing time management and work prioritization skills

ā€¢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

ā€¢ 2-5 years' experience in Telecom/Data Services
