Job Description
Details:ā¢ Manage reporting milestones for initiation, planning, execution, control and closure of all projects in the PMO.
ā¢ Schedule and facilitate PMO meetings for initial project approval, and project status updates at each PMO process gate.
ā¢ Facilitate project prioritization discussions with PMO team, based on workforce capacity.
ā¢ Maintain dashboards on project health.
ā¢ Administer the Risk Management process, and ensure alignment across the site.
ā¢ Facilitate Risk Management meetings for risk identification and escalation on department and site level.
ā¢ Maintain risk dashboard and update risks in the global risk register.
ā¢ Other duties as assigned.
Bachelors degree
ā¢ 2-5 years in pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing
ā¢ 1-3 years project management
