Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

ā€¢ Focus on data analytics and visualization platform DB infrastructure.

ā€¢ Contribute to an application code building and maintenance. Such code usually interacts with a wide variety of internal and external data sources using local database access as well as various source specific APIs.

ā€¢ Support development of the tools that efficiently handle large data sets.

Qualifications

Qualifications

ā€¢ Experienced SQL (MS SQL, MarisDB) programmer with DB design, optimization and a solid understanding of DB administration.

ā€¢ Skilled Python programmer with an understanding of an application and/or API development; must have proven record of developing Python code.

ā€¢ Interest in big data and the processing and analysis of very large data sets

ā€¢ Minimum 5 years working experience.

ā€¢ Experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB, is a huge plus.

Additional Information

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor degree in computer science, mathematics or engineering.
