Due to continuous business growth we are looking for English native speakers to work as freelance editors in the fields of physical sciences, life sciences, medicine and engineering. This is a great opportunity as this role offers flexible hours and there is no need to relocate.

Job Description

-          English native speaker with excellent written and spoken language skills

-          Deep and thorough understanding of technical, medical and/or scientific matters, preferably with a degree and/or experience in the required field

-          Comfortable in expressing thoughts and opinions constructively and in a well-founded manner

-          Proven experience as editor, translator or in a related field

-          Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – especially Word

Qualifications

-          As this is a freelance position, the candidate must be self-motivated and have a pro-active attitude

-          Excellent attention to detail

-          Excellent writing and editing skills

-          Keen interest in languages

-          Strong research skills
