Job Description
Qualifications of a successful candidate must include:
⢠Intermediate (3-6 years) experience with the Avaya Aura software, specifically Communications Manager (CM) and Session Manager (SM);
⢠Avaya Certifications (not required, but is a plus);
⢠Experience with Avaya Call Center (not required, but is a plus).
Qualifications
Responsibilities of the IT Resource shall include but are not limited to the following:
⢠Telephone Move, Add, Change work;
⢠Troubleshoot and resolve issues with telephones;
⢠Deploy advanced features as needed;
⢠Facilitate call center adds and changes;
⢠Facilitate department moves;
⢠ACD Changes cabling oversight for moves;
⢠Network port activations as needed;
⢠Train other team members.
