Position to fill: Sales Executives, Wealth Management Technology

Industry Data management and analytics solutions.

Location: NYC

Salary range: US $70-90k base + equity. 


Job Description:--

Our client is a growing FinTech startup in the Big Data and Analytics space in New York 

City. They provide an innovative cutting edge data management and analytics solution to 

the Wealth Management space, i.e. an enterprise-grade data platform for financial 

advisors, financial services firms and technology companies to more intelligently 

aggregate, manage, and analyze financial portfolio data. 

They are looking for additional high-achieving dynamic Sales Reps to break new ground 

with financial advisors (RIAs and broker-dealers).


Their duties can be described as follows: 


-Take lead on managing inbound leads and outbound sales for the financial advisor 

segment (primarily registered investment advisors, financial planners, and

sized broker-dealers).

-Lead demos and discovery sessions with target clients.

-Manage customer lifecycle from prospecting to qualification to conversion.

-Become a thought leader and advocate for our technology in the industry, attend 

conferences, events, etc.

-Systematically track client and prospect interactions, keep structured records of client 

issues and product feedback to pass on to support and operations teams.


Requirements:-

-2 -3 years of sales experience in the RIA/financial advisory space.

-Familiarity with the industry landscape, such as categories of technology providers, 

distinctions across different kinds of financial advisors, etc.

-Experience with outbound sales and/or technology sales to financial advisors a major 

plus.

-A hunting mindset coupled with a winning personality - we don’t want an over-the-top 

shark, but we do want someone who hustles.

-Organized, disciplined work style with an attention to detail - deep knowledge of our 

pipeline and different customers, as well as what is required to move them forward/close 

them.

-Up to 20% travel; territory mostly in the Greater NYC area.
