1. E2E delivery of large transformation project 

2. Guiding the IT and Business partners 

3. Good Program Management Skill 

4. Laying out the roadmap for big transformation projects 

5. Very good understanding of IT technologies and SDLC process 

6. Good understanding of Insurance business 

7. Very good communication skills 

8. Experience on Annuities/Pension preferred
