Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.


What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination, you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. In addition, you will:

  • Develops, maintains, and delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards
  • Provides lesson plans, presentations, curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.)
  • Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products
  • Develops, maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government
  • Other duties as assigned


What experience, training, and education do I need?

Team Lead. You must meet the minimum requirements:

Senior-Level Qualifications as listed below, plus:

  • 4 years experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability
  • Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences


Senior-Level. You must meet the minimum requirements:

Mid-level qualifications as listed below, plus:

  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination
  • 4 years of experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data
  • operations management, and data discovery
  • 4 years experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
  • Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
  • Desired: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • Desired: Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline


Mid-Level. You must meet the minimum requirements:

  • At least 8 years of related experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
  • 4 years of experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data
  • operations management, and data discovery
  • 4 years experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
  • Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
