Job Title: Desktop Support Representative Onsite Support


Location:southfield,MI

Duration: 1+ years (Possible Extension)

Skills Overview :

· Win7/Win 10 OS hands on support

· Office 2003/2007/2010 support And office 365 support.

· Executive end user trouble shooting skills.

· IMAC/Break-fix.

· Office 365 and office 2016 support.

· Break/Fix troubleshooting experience in larger corporate environments

· Support Mobility Devices (phone and tablet) (setup and support) of multiple platforms including Apple, Android, and Microsoft

· Long term contracts.

· Experience as a desk side support in larger corporates.
