Job Title: Desktop Support Representative Distributed Client Services
Location: Hammond, IN

Duration:1+ year (with possible extension)

Skills Overview Deskside Support Tech. Must be experienced in DESKSIDE support

Ā· Win7/Win XP OS support. Troubleshooting

Ā· Office 2003/2007/2010 support

Ā· end user trouble shooting skills

Ā· Installation, configuration and maintenance of windows, hardwares and softwares.

Ā· Desktop and laptop installation ,configuration and upgradation

Ā· Support and troubleshoot windows XP and windows 7/Migrations
