Job Description

Job Title: Deskside Support Representative Distributed Client Services
Location:Columbia,MO
Duration: 12 months with possible extension.

Job Summary:

Ā· Windows 7, MS Office suite, hand on hardware support, wifi support, VPN support.

Ā· Mobile device support/ MDM application and remote service delivery

Ā· Remote Deskside Support skills with a heavy concentration in O365/OWA

Ā· Majority with Windows environment.

Ā· Imaging, hardware break/fix, software installation, email support, printer support, etc.
