Job Title: QA Lead / Sr. QA Analyst
Location: Minneapolis MN
Duration: 6 plus Months (with the possibility to extend up to 18 months)

Looking for only W2 candidates

Required Skills:Ā 


ā€¢ 5+ years IT quality assurance and systems/application testing experience.
ā€¢ Need someone with QA lead who can review requirements, design documents, and create test plans, estimates, test cases.
ā€¢ Need to have experience using automation tools (UFT nice to have).
ā€¢ Need to have strong experience writing complex SQL scripts.
ā€¢ Absolute must to have excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:


ā€¢ Creates, prepares and implements systems quality assurance reviews for numerous applications.
ā€¢ Responsible for primary development of testing strategies.
ā€¢ Consults with users, providing advice and direction.
ā€¢ Performs more complex analysis of business requirements and system specifications.
ā€¢ May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project.
ā€¢ Creates test plans and scripts for own projects.
ā€¢ May lead and review test plans written by others.
ā€¢ Performs moderately complex to complex test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation.
ā€¢ Provides specific guidance on defects to developers. Gives direction to less experienced analysts.
ā€¢ Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects.
ā€¢ Documents all phases of the Systems QA process
