Job Description

Job Title: IVR Quality Analyst
Location: Charlotte NC/ Minneapolis MN/ Chandler AZ/ Denver CO
Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Job Description:
ā€¢ IVR QA Resource
ā€¢ Must have impeccable communication skills in both speaking and comprehending the IVR space
ā€¢ Must have experience writing and executing scripts from QC
ā€¢ Nuance VUI experience a plus
ā€¢ Stocks/Brokerage experience ā€“ even if at a personal level ā€“ a plus
ā€¢ Resources will create Test Scripts based on VUI documents created by the Business Analysts.
ā€¢ The VUI (Visual User Interface) is a workflow map (word document) that outlines the IVR process. The document is several pages long, and most times there are several documents used within one Test Case.
