Job Description

• Responsible for all aspects of data entry, maintenance, dissemination, research.

• Work with cross functional team to ensure order drop timeliness

• Understand Order process and track orders from drop to shipment

• Ability to understand issues, determine appropriate course of action to correct, work as appropriate to correct issue

• Understand inputs / outputs, impact solution and process flow to enable best and most efficient data management / ensure data integrity

• Data must be accurate and all updates made in a timely fashion

• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

• Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.

• Maintains historical records by documenting system changes and revisions.

• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, OneNote, SharePoint

• Industry knowledge in Technology

• Strong business acumen

• Detailed oriented & thorough

• Excellent planning and time management skills, the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with aggressive timelines and be able to prioritize work accordingly

• Detailed Oriented- Precise and exact data entry with recognition when information provided raises questions

• Communication – clear communication skills both written & verbal.
