Job Description
- Maintain and complete accurate records.
- Operate microtome, embed centers, and tissue processors.
- Ability to perform automated hematoxylin and eosin staining. Must stay within GLP compliance at all times.
- Qualifications: Must be experienced in preparing paraffin tissue specimens. American Society for Clinical Pathology (Histology Technician) certification desirable.
- Must be familiar with general safety procedure and guidelines.
- Must be self motivated and have a strong attention to detail. Good communication skills required.
