Corporate Security, Senior IT Technical Support Analyst
Candidate will manage Corporate Security applications from an on-going support perspective as well as lifecycle and change management.

Requirements
ā€¢ AMAG/CCURE/Salient/Passage Point experience strongly preferred; familiarity with physical access control and video management systems technology a must
ā€¢ Active Directory, HR Data integration, windows server experience
ā€¢ Experience with lifecycle management and upgrades
ā€¢ Ability to write and work with business partners to execute System and Unit Test Plans
ā€¢ Experience with Service Transitions from Projects to Production
ā€¢ Experience using ITIL for incident and problem management
ā€¢ Vendor management experience.
ā€¢ Ability to multi-task as candidate will manage concurrent workstream
ā€¢ Strong communication skills as project teams will primarily be virtual

Nice to have
ā€¢ Experience with client IT systems and processes
ā€¢ Experience with managing client GxP validated systems, including writing GxP documentation and managing the project through the documentation process
ā€¢ Experience with Lean Sigma
