What you’ll do:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand what kind of people we need (not just what’s written in the JD)
- Source candidates through different channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networks, creative approaches)
- Screen and interview candidates, focusing on both skills and mindset
- Manage and take ownership of the full recruitment process- from first contact to offer
- Organize and coordinate technical interviews, collaborating with technical interviewers to ensure quality and consistency
- Work for international markets and teams
- Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process
- Support and improve our employer branding and hiring practices
- Bring ideas on how we can hire smarter, faster, and better
- Stay informed about IT terminology, industry trends, and emerging technologies to communicate effectively with candidates and clients
Who are you:
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment
- Experience in the international IT market and undestanding of candidate expectations
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to understand and evaluate people, not just roles
- Organized and able to handle multiple positions at the same time
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
