Job Description
As the IVR Developer you will work closely with Contact Center telephony (the communication and collaboration system used to manage inbound queries/outbound calls) to design, code, test, implement and support application software.
Qualifications
• IVR development and configurations using Orchestration Designer
• Avaya Experience Portal configurations
• Java and SQL programming
• IVR Unit testing
• Unix Scripting
• Tomcat Administration
