What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping customers choose the right roofing products and solutions
- Processing sales through POS systems
- Preparing, following up, and closing customer quotes
- Assisting with stock handling, dispatch, and receiving goods
- Keeping the store organised, safe, and presentable
- Supporting stock control and supplier communication
- Working toward sales targets as part of a team
- Learning product knowledge through ongoing training
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong roofing product knowledge (essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Willingness to continue building product knowledge (training provided)
- Physically capable of handling stock and being on your feet
- Australian working rights
