a variety of spring internship positions. Take advantage of on the

Please note that this is an unpaid internship.

Job Description

· Collect donations for the Aparecio Foundation.

· Keep track of donations and gifts received by the Aparecio Foundation using salesforce, CRM, and Excel.

· Store records of gifts and donations using an efficient record-keeping system.

· Ensure the accuracy of gift/donation records and fix any discrepancies.

· Compile records and report progress of gifts/donations to leaders in the Aparecio Foundation.

· Acknowledge and send thank you letters to donors or appoint other volunteers to do so.

· Collaborate and communicate with fellow volunteers/interns.

Qualifications

 High School Diploma

Prior office experience

Detail-oriented

Strong organization skills

Passion for women’s education and economic opportunities.
