Qualifications

Skill Required/Desired Amount Candidate Experience
Experience with SAP Business Objects, Universe Design and Web Intelligence Report Development Required 3 years  
Experience with the following technologies: Struts or JSF JEE application frameworks, JSP/Tiles, Spring framework, tag libraries, i-Batis, and SQL Required 3  years  
Significant experience in J2EE development projects Highly desired 3  years  
Experience with Oracle database technology Required Required 3  years  
Able to work independently to achieve outcomes in an expedient and professional manner Highly desired 3  years  
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Highly desired 3  years  
Prefer knowledge of financial management practices such as Grants and Loans Highly desired 1  years
